Shipping and Returns

• Orders are processed and shipped on business days only (Monday through Friday) excluding major holidays
• Orders placed cannot be checked/amend until the following business day.
• Orders placed on Saturday and Sunday will be processed / shipped on the following business day.
• You may expect 7-14 days for delivery date for products in stock. Please expect 2-3 weeks for delivery, when products are not available as production is needed.

 Shipping and Delivery

LACAROSE shall make every effort to deliver the ordered products as quickly as possible,and to this end may break up an order into several shipments according to the availability of the items. In this case LACAROSE will inform you by e-mail or telephone and your credit card will be charged separately for the goods actually shipped. However, you will be billed total shipping costs as one single delivery. All purchases are shipped by either couriers such as FedEx, DHL, UPS, etc. and/or express delivery (EMS). To estimate the total delivery time for your purchase, please allow two to three weeks to process your order for shipment, in addition to the time indicated by your preferred shipping method. Orders are processed and delivered Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. LACAROSE cannot be responsible for unanticipated delays. In the event of delivery problems or late deliveries of over 15 working days after the confirmation of your order, customers are requested to notify LACAROSE using the e-mail address to This e-mail address is being protected from spam bots, you need JavaScript enabled to view it LACAROSE reserves the right not to respond to claims made more than 30 (thirty) days after the order has been processed.

Shipping Charges

The following processing and delivery costs are for merchandise pictured and described on our web site. Costs are calculated according to the total cost of the merchandise in your order.

Delivery & Charges (D&P)

D&P is the charge for internet order processing, item selection, packaging, processing, transport and handling. Delivery times are not guaranteed.

Returns Item(s)
We do not accept return of your goods except on conditions that we deliver the defected or damaged item(s), wrong item(s) from what you have ordered and wrong sizes from what you have ordered.

*All return and exchanges must first be authorized by e-mail.

For returning your item(s), you will have to send back the goods within 10 days after receipt. The goods returned are dispatched at the expense and risk of CUSTOMERS. Customers will be held responsible for all the return procedures and expenses such as shipping and handling expenses.

Please include Return Form and Shipping Label (download on the right panel) in addition to a copy of your invoice. Please repackage the merchandise securely and return via ground UPS* or USPS insured, EMS, couriers with insurance for your protection. Your return will be assessed shortly after receipt. Items should be returned in their original products packaging. When defective/damaged, wrong merchandise from what you have ordered, wrong sizes from what you have ordered is returned we will replace at our expense and resend to your shipping address at our expense. Packaging center fees will not be reimbursed whatsoever.
