You can buy through our online store that can be accessed worldwide. We currently ship to some countries only. We are working to make our products available for delivery worldwide in the near future.

LACAROSE products are made in different countries subject to demographic artisans’ expertise with strict and regulated quality control and some collections are exclusively made in Italy, all crafted by field expertise with solid years of experiences producing high quality standard.

7. Do you provide special order?

Yes, we provide special order for Personal Design and Corporate Gifts. Our craftsmen will on request customize LACAROSE products to your preference.

If interested, please visit our Customize Your Design for individual who would like their jewelry crafted exclusively by LACAROSE.

Corporate gifts (Gift Centre) are available for corporate(s) that would like their gifts be a perfect memory for their discerning clients. You will find your truly unique gifts for special ones.

8. What is your return/exchange policy?

LACAROSE accepts return or exchange of merchandise in its original condition within 10 days after receipt of product accompanied by the copy of original sales slip and Product Guarantee Certificate designated to the items. And we will assist you with the return procedure.

9. When will I receive my order?

You may expect 7-14 days for delivery date for products in stock. Quality check on the item(s) is needed before dispatch from our premise. Please expect 2-4 weeks for delivery, otherwise as mentioned on the PRODUCT DESCRIPTION about delivery dates as the item(s) may be special order, thus production is needed. All products that are newly produced reflect excellent  quality and value. We regret that we cannot hold too many stocks. We appreciate your patience.

11. Products Warranty

Our sterling silver and accessories lines guarantee quality up to one year. Our precious metals lines provide more years of quality guarantee. Upon your purchase, you will receive a Product Guarantee Certificate designated to each item in your packing list.

LACAROSE guarantees full warranty covering manufacturing and material defects for current branded products purchased from LACAROSE. The warranty only covers damages that are not caused by accidents, inappropriate use or wear and tear. Depending on the degree of damage to the warranted product, the feasibility and the availability of replacement parts or materials, it will either be repaired or replaced by a piece of the same value. Replacement of the missing materials, charge maybe included. Exclusive Collections or specific items may not be replaced due to limited and exclusivity of the material being made.

The warranty period of our products is one year for our accessories and silver line. Coloring is guaranteed within three months period otherwise charge for re-plating and coloring maybe included. Our precious materials or fine jewelry lines warranty period extends to three to five years. The warranty service is free of charge, unless materials are missing. The damaged product should be sent by post together with the warranty certificate, they should be sent by certified mail and insured, as LACAROSE cannot be held liable for damage, loss or theft occurring during transport. Please keep the delivery receipt as it serves as a warranty for products purchased from our online shop.

12. Repurchase or Buy Back our 18K Gold Products

Lacarose 18K Gold line products have a 750 trademark on the products and we guarantee the gold purity. We offer a repurchase or buy back our gold products service with 20% deduction base on the weight of returned goods and gold spot price of the time you sell back.
