Purchasing
For each product selected, you can view a web space featuring photograph of the item, its unit price, its colors and sizes (if applicable). You choose the items you are interested in, and the description of the goods being sold, including the relative measures or size (if applicable), jointly to one or more digitalized photographic images allowing a correct viewing of the good itself available on the Site, will be included in your Shopping Cart. Click on the Shopping Cart icon to view the items you have selected and the total price of your order. Check that the contents of the Shopping Cart are correct before confirming your order completing the purchase form according to the instructions provided on the relevant page of the Site and confirming that you read and agreed on these Terms and Conditions.

LACAROSE reserves the right to reject orders from any customer with whom there is an ongoing legal dispute regarding a prior order. This applies equally to all cases in which LACAROSE considers the customer unsuitable, for instance in the case of previous violations of terms and conditions for online purchases on the Site or for whatever other legitimate reason, especially where the customer has been involved in fraudulent activity of any kind.

Product Availability
LACAROSE products available for purchase online are products displayed in the website on our catalog pages. Some products or items may be subject to temporarily out of stock or unavailable online. All products are subject to availability due to differential production capacity, resources limitation, and supply chains variability. Inconveniences may occasionally occur regarding the availability of certain products. In such circumstances, we will inform you of this fact by e-mail or telephone. We will give you the option to order a different item of the same type or alternatively, to cancel your order. We reserve the right to limit the quantity of products we supply. We also reserve the right to alter the terms or duration of any special offers or sale promotions.

Completing Order
The order procedure is completed when you select the "Confirm" option. Confirmation of your order will be taken as proof of your acceptance of the provisions contained in these Terms and Conditions. In the event of a dispute between LACAROSE and the customer relating to a transaction conducted on the Site, the information recorded with LACAROSE shall be treated as legal evidence of the transaction.

Pricing
Prices displayed on the LACAROSE website are quoted in U.S. dollars. While we try to ensure that all prices on our website are accurate ,however errors may occur. We will try our best to ensure good shopping experience. If we discover an error in the price of the merchandises or items you have ordered, we will provide you the option or notice of reconfirming your order at the correct price rate or canceling it. If we are unable to contact you by any mean, we will treat the order as cancelled or void. Thus transaction will not be in affect even if the tracking order no. has been sent. After all, please revisit for reordering for the identical item you wish to purchase.

The prices of all products offered on the Site are inclusive of VAT. The total amount shown includes shipping costs, as detailed below and displayed on the Shopping Cart. LACAROSE reserves the right to change the prices of the products offered on its Site at any moment and without prior notice. You will be charged the prices displayed on the Site at time your order is confirmed, provided that the products ordered are available at that time.

In addition to the price of the merchandises, you will be required to pay a delivery charge. You will be informed of any delivery charge payable when you place your order. The amount of the delivery charge will vary depending on the value of your order and delivery destination.

Sales Tax
LACAROSE charges taxes on online transactions, as required by applicable laws of each country the delivery is meant to deliver. Please note that your on-screen transaction total reflects estimated tax only. The actual sales tax will be calculated when your order is shipped and may vary from the estimated tax. Clearance fee and duties of merchandise may be at customers’ side.

Shipping and Delivery
For security reasons, LACAROSE online purchases may require an adult signature upon delivery. In additions, purchases may not be shipped to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses, which are not available by our mediums of shipments.
LACAROSE shall make every effort to deliver the ordered products as quickly as possible, and to this end may break up an order into several shipments according to the availability of the items. In this case LACAROSE will inform you by e-mail or telephone and your credit card will be charged separately for the goods actually shipped. However, you will be billed total shipping costs as one single delivery.
All purchases are shipped by either couriers such as FedEx, DHL, UPS, etc. and/or express delivery (EMS). To estimate the total delivery time for your purchase,please allow two to three weeks to process your order for shipment, in addition to the time indicated by your preferred shipping method. Orders are processed and delivered Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. LACAROSE cannot be responsible for unanticipated delays. However, we encourage you to be patient for your order as some items may be special order and production is needed. You may expect 7-14 days for delivery date for products in stock. Quality check on the item(s) is needed before dispatch from our premise. Please expect 2-4 weeks for delivery for products not in stock, otherwise as mentioned on the PRODUCT DESCRIPTION about delivery dates as the item(s) may be special order, thus production is needed. All products that are newly produced reflect excellent  quality and value. We regret that we cannot hold too many stocks. We appreciate your patience. Conformity of Orders
Goods must be checked at the moment of delivery to make sure they correspond to the items ordered. Tracking

Returns
For online purchases, LACAROSE will accept merchandise in its original condition for a full refund when accompanied by a copy of the original sales slip. THERE WILL BE NO REFUND, RETURN, EXCHANGE OF THE SAME ITEM(S) FOR ITEM(S) PURCHASED ON SALE, ON SPECIAL DISCOUNT AND UNPROFESSIONAL TREATMENTS. All returns must first be authorized. We will not accept merchandise that has been worn, used, altered or damaged. Returns will be processed within 10 business days of receipt. Refunds may only be issued in the same form as was utilized for payment and will be made within 30 days. Full-priced merchandise must be returned within 10 days from date of delivery.
