I. Placement Of Order

    * A minimum order of USD 2000 (Two thousand USD dollars) with 30 pieces per style is required. Three ring sizes can be applied (depending on the designs).
    * For new customers, sample orders are at minimum of 10 (ten) pieces per style. One ring size can be applied.
    * For request of samples under 10 (ten) but more than 5 pieces per style, there will be 30% surcharge on top of the total amount.
    * For quantity order, a 30% deposit is required before the production by the advance payment via telex transfer (T/T) and the balance 70% is due when the shipment is ready for dispatch.
    * Customers may purchase from current stock with a minimum purchase amount of USD 500.00 (Five hundred USD dollars).

II. Payment Terms

    * The following forms of payment are acceptable :
          o Advance Payment via Telex Transfer (T/T); 30% deposit is required before the production and the balance 70% is due when the shipment is ready for dispatch.
          o Irrevocable Letter of Credit (L/C) is applicable if the amount is over USD 5000 (five thousands) dollars.
          o Bank Draft
          o Bank Draft (Issued internationally but order will only be processed until funds are cleared and deposited into our account.) *Please take note that bank drafts issued by foreign banks takes approximately 2 to 3 (two to three working weeks to clear)
          o Cash
    * Steps and procedures
          o A 30% (Thirty percent) deposit of the total amount of order is required to start the production.
          o Orders vary considerably per customer; hence, production time may take between 2 (two) working weeks up to approximately 8 (eight) working weeks. For sample order is approximately 1-2 weeks. And our normal delivery time is usually between 2-4 working weeks.
          o Please provide some time frame for your order.

III. Quality Control

    * With regard to natural gems set, LACAROSE CO., LTD. assures that all gems are of natural origin. Hence, variances on color and quality may appear and this is acceptable to the customer. LACAROSE CO., LTD will however extend its best efforts to supply gems of similar if not higher quality.
    * Concerning man-made or synthetic gems set, LACAROSE CO., LTD assures that all man-made gems are of the same quality. However there maybe a circumstance that such synthetic gems may have slight variances on color.

IV. Shipment

    * Air Freight: the total value of shipment must be over USD 5000 (five thousand) dollars, otherwise there will be USD 50 (fifty) dollars applied for handling charge. Courier: the total value of
      shipment is less than USD 2000 (two thousand) dollars. Forms of shipment may be arranged as per customer’s requirements.
    * Usually, shipments are made by consolidated airfreight “COLLECT”, air parcel post, Federal Express, UPS, DHL, Express Delivery (EMS), with all shipping charges are to the account of the customer.
    * It is recommending that customers make and arrange insurance before and every shipment will be made.

V. Production Period

    * The standard production time of quantity orders is normally 4 – 8 (four to eight) working weeks. However, please be informed that some orders may be produced in as little as 2 (two) working weeks or may be as long as 8 (eight) working weeks.

VI. Prices

    * All prices quoted are in USD NET, FOB/FCA Bangkok, Thailand.

VII. Claim and Return Of Goods

    * LACAROSE CO., LTD reserves the right not to accept any return of merchandise unless requested in writing (through Email, fax or registered mail) indicating why merchandise is to be returned in our Merchandise Return Form obtained from This e-mail address is being protected from spam bots, you need JavaScript enabled to view it . However the claim must be made within 14 days after the invoice date.

IX. Made-to-Order

    * LACAROSE assures that exclusive customer designs manufactured by our company will remain exclusive for the customers.
