Payment

• When placing an order, your billing address must correspond to the address of your credit card otherwise we will not be able to process your order.
• All transactions are secured. The Lacarose website is provided with an SSL encryption system to protect personal and payment data.
• Your order will only be dispatched once we have verified your credit card data with the bank and received authorization to debit your credit card.
• Your credit card will only be debited (confirmed) before your order is dispatched. If any of the products in your order(s) are unavailable, we will refund you the prices of unavailable good.
• Refunding process may be hassling and long processing, some amount may be forfeited due to administrative charges. However, we encourage you to be patient for your order as some items may be special order and production is needed.
• ALL ORDERED ITEMS WILL BE MADE FOR YOU.  You may wait for 2-4 weeks for your order to be shipped.

Once you have purchased you will be receiving the following status updates by e-mail from us:

A.      Pending

You have made the payment by credit cards, Bank Transfer, or Paypal Payment.

*Confirming Status of your payment may take up to 2 working days.

B.      Confirmed/Receipt

We have received your payment by credit cards, Bank Transfer, or Paypal Payment. We have processed your order by preparing in-stock item(s) and/or start producing your ordered item(s).

Our Confirmed e-mail referred as pre-receipt to you.

C.      Shipped

We have shipped your order.  The official invoice and receipt are included in the packing slip.

D.      Cancelled

If your order is cancelled, you will be refunded in 30 working days.

E.      Refunded

After your orders have been cancelled, you will be refunded. Please check your account. We forfeit administrative charges and bank charges from the bank. You will not be reimbursed for charges that incurred.

3. PayPal  (Please choose Payment by Credit Card)

·  Upon reaching the payment section of the checkout process, select the 'PayPal' payment option and input your registered PayPal e-mail address in the space provided.

·  Once your order has been confirmed and you have received your order number and final total, you will be taken to the Paypal site to complete payment. If you choose not to pay immediately, you can choose instead to proceed directly to https://www.PayPal.com to send your payment using the "Send Money" function.

4. Gift Voucher

Customers may use gift voucher to serve as coupon payment or value discount deduct from the total

value of the products. You may simply type in the code of the coupon before settling your payment.

Value discount is subject to the coupon value assigned specifically to the coupon itself.

• We provide you the CURRENCY CONVERTER (left panel) to check the conversion rate charge in your own currency for easy price estimation.
• Final payment conversion rate charged by your credit card company at the actual time of payment.
• As such, please note that due to currency fluctuations, the final total shown on the order confirmation may differ slightly from the actual charge in your own currency.
